What started as a promising holiday quickly turned into a frustrating experience due to a major issue with the booking. The hotel itself did their best to accommodate us when we arrived, despite the mix-up, but the alternative room wasn't as enjoyable as we had hoped. The location was decent, and the staff at the hotel were genuinely sorry about the situation, which helped ease our disappointment somewhat, but we left feeling uncertain about how to book our next getaway.

Our experience started off on a very wrong foot due to the mishandling by the booking service, which led to a last-minute scramble for accommodations.
